When is it a case of international child abduction?
If you have joint or sole custody of your child, and the other parent is about to leave Denmark or has already left Denmark with your child without your consent, it may be a case of child abduction.
This may also be the case, if your child has been wrongfully brought to Denmark according to the rules applicable in the country where the child normally lives.
